Note: Send all graphic files used in your electronic file, for both the page layout files and the linked graphics, which have fonts utilized in them (these are the ones most commonly forgotten). Software packages such as Illustrator and Freehand give the operator the ability to turn the type into outlines. This is a good way to supply text within a graphic file because the font is no longer needed to output the file.

! Remember, when sending fonts, to supply both screen fonts (bitmapped fonts) and Printer fonts (outline fonts).
