Easy Order Audio CD

IF YOU ARE ORDERING RAW CDs (not packaged):

CD Label Film - Film positive, 100 to 120 line screen, emulsion up, right reading. Clearly mark color on each film (PMS colors). We prefer doing your film output, because, if your films are not exactly to our specifications, they will be returned to you for replacement & this will delay your project (please send a copy of your master artwork with your order).
Master Format - CD or CD-R. Masters submitted on DAT must be premastered to CD-R. There is a flat fee of $85 for this service.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING PACKAGED CDs:

We’ll need all of the above plus your printed materials (CD Booklets & Inlay Cards).

IF WE ARE DOING THE PRINTING FOR YOU:

Booklet & Inlay Card Films - Film negatives, 150 line screen, emulsion down & right reading. If we are producing your film output, please send a copy of your master artwork with your order.

Indemnification Agreement: Please read & sign.
Content Information Form: To protect everyone, anti-piracy compliance program form must be completed.
Deposit: 50% with your order & the balance to be paid by credit card, money order or Cashier's check before shipping. For orders outside of the United States, we require full Payment with your order by wire transfer, or International money order (no C.O.D.)
To obtain forms; from our web site, simply download & print. If you can't print the Forms, e-mail, call, or fax us. We'll be more than happy to fax or mail you the forms.
Ship your order only with carriers that furnish you with a tracking number, such as FedEx or UPS.
CD Digital cannot accept responsibility for the content or quality of the master tape or disc you send us. We urge you to check your master in its entirety before sending it to us. Your replicated CDs will be 100% mirror image of your master.
If your CD Label design requires a white background, Please write on the order form. If not requested, all silk-screen colors will be applied on standard silver background.
Make a copy – it is suggested that a safety copy of the master is made before shipment. Never send "The Only Copy".
